Requires common use circulation paths and elements in employee work areas to be accessible.

ADA standards specify that employee work areas including offices, kitchens, and service areas must have accessible common use circulation paths. Doors, hallways, and passages must meet accessible standards. Workstations and equipment must be accessible when feasible. Adjustment mechanisms for height-adjustable workstations benefit all users including persons of different heights and those with mobility disabilities. Cabinetry and storage must be accessible with reachable shelves (15-48 inches above floor for standing access, lower for seated access).
