CA Title 24 Part 3 amends NEC 2020 with stricter residential requirements. All new residential must be EV-capable (dedicated 40A circuit conduit to main panel). Branch-circuit LED load limits modified.
CA Title 24 Part 6 also requires high-efficacy lighting (99% of new installations) and occupancy sensors in non-habitable rooms. Compliance documentation via CF1R/CF2R/CF3R forms at inspection.
