IECC commercial lighting controls + LPD limits adopted by Phoenix and Las Vegas.

IECC §C405 (2018, as adopted by Phoenix and Las Vegas) governs commercial lighting. Maximum LPD by space type: open office 0.74 W/sf, retail 1.05 W/sf, warehouse 0.45 W/sf, parking garage 0.21 W/sf. Automatic controls: occupancy sensors required in private offices, conference rooms, storage; daylight responsive controls in sidelit zones with >150 W of lighting; receptacle automatic shutoff in offices. Phoenix amends with §C407 as alternative compliance path for buildings >50,000 sf.
