Foundation → Framing Sequence (Hold Point: Foundation Inspection)
Framing cannot begin until foundation inspection passes. Concrete must achieve minimum 75% design strength before loading. Foundation inspection is a hard hold point in every jurisdiction.

Insulation and drywall cannot begin until rough mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections pass. All three trades must complete rough-in and be inspected before walls can be closed.
