36m boom pump: truck-mounted with articulating boom. Reach: 118 ft vertical, 100+ ft horizontal. Output: 130-180 yd³/hr. Pipeline: 5 in. Typical use: elevated slabs, walls, columns where direct pour isn't possible. Setup: outriggers extend 20-30 ft (verify ground conditions). Minimum concrete slump: 5-6 in for pumpable mix (superplasticizer often needed). Pump lines: must be cleaned between pours (slick line, water, sponge ball). Safety: keep all personnel clear of boom/hose during operation, secure end hose. OSHA: competent operator, ground conditions verified, no overhead power lines within boom reach + 20 ft. Rental: $1,500-$3,000/pour (4-hr minimum). Cost includes operator. 28m-63m range available. Line pumps (trailer-mounted) for ground-level work at lower cost.
