IMC Ch5: Type I hood for grease-producing (fryers, grills) requires UL 300 suppression, 16ga welded grease duct. Type II for steam/heat only. Parking: 0.75 cfm/sf, CO alarm at 35 ppm. Kitchen makeup air within 10% of exhaust volume.
