IFC 903 — Automatic Sprinkler Systems

When sprinklers are required by occupancy classification, fire area, height, and water-supply availability. Triggers NFPA 13/13R/13D design.

Sprinkler trigger conditions affect MEP scope: water service size, riser room location, fire pump sizing. Flagged at the cockpit when project is commercial or > 5,000 sqft.
